01. Shipping Issues.
- Within the continential 48 States, binoculars will normally arrive within 3-8 business days via standard USP ground shipping.
- We may optimize the carrier if we believe priority mail or other expedited methods will allow the binoculars to arrive faster without incurring any significant higher shipping cost.
- Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is via UPS ground, USPS priority mail, or air parcel post (whichever is fastest), with binoculars typically arriving within 3-10 business days.
- We generally do not recommend expedited shipping methods because that can become quite expensive and often decreases the delivery date by only a few days. However, you do have the option to request expedited shipping. We cannot guarantee that expedited shipping requests will meet your need.
- Business days are considered to be Monday - Friday, minus any federal holidays.
- The delivery times provided are estimats only. We cannot guarantee delivery times becuase we are not in control of the full delivery process.
02. Shipping Costs.
- Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the order.
- An order containing several items shipped together typically will have a lower total shipping cost than if two or more items are shipped separately.
- Your shipping costs are determined as part of the Checkout process.
03. Warranty.
- Most binoculars include the standard manufacturer's warranty.
- A copy of the specific binoculars warranty will be included with your purchase.
- Since each manufacturer has their own warranty, qualifications, terminology, and conditions we have decided to print an extract of those warranties for you.

04. Returns and Exchanges.
- 14-day money back guarantee.
- If you are not satisfied with a binoculars purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of its delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
- The purchase price does not include shipping and handling costs.
- Depending on the manufacturer's policy, some items are subject to a restocking fee of 15-25 percent.
- The binoculars must be returned in resalable condition, in its original boxes only, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to insure proper credit.
- After 14 days, the standard return policy no longer applies. However, you may still contact the manufacturer directly on any quality or warranty issue.
- Customers first need to contact us via e-mail at sales@icubinoculars.com to obtain a Return Authorization.
- The Return Authorization is necessary because addresses can vary with different binoculars and instructions must be followed to provide correct documentation for a proper refund.
- If a return is done without any authorization, we reserve our right to refuse the item or to return it to the sender at the sender's expense.
- Our experience has shown us that return issues can often be resolved reasonably without physically shipping binoculars back and forth.
05. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items.
- If you receive a damaged defective, or incorrect item contact us via e-mail at sales@icubinoculars.com within 7 days of its delivery.
- Please provide us with your order number, item number, and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail.
- We will also need your e-mail address and telephone number.
- We will cover all shipping charges and replacemnt costs if the error is found to be at our fault.
